Vegan, Gluten & Dairy Free
This no-bake fudge recipe is a great way to satisfy cravings for sweets without the refined sugar. Not only that, but it only involves 4 ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to make!
Fudge base:
1 cup natural peanut butter (salted)
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp maple syrup (Walden Farms pancake syrup is a good SF option too)
2 tsp vanilla extract
Lily's chocolate chips (optional)
Pink Himalayan sea salt (optional)
Cocoa Swirl:
1 Tbsp coconut oil
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl.
Spread evenly into a loaf pan.
Combine remaining coconut oil and cocoa powder and pour over peanut butter mixture.
Swirl with a toothpick for that fancy marbleized look. Sprinkle optional chocolate chips and sea salt.
Place pan in the freezer for 20 minutes.
