Healthy Keto Peanut Butter Fudge


Vegan, Gluten & Dairy Free


This no-bake fudge recipe is a great way to satisfy cravings for sweets without the refined sugar. Not only that, but it only involves 4 ingredients and takes just 5 minutes to make!


Fudge base:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter (salted)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup (Walden Farms pancake syrup is a good SF option too)

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Lily's chocolate chips (optional)

  • Pink Himalayan sea salt (optional)



Cocoa Swirl:

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder


  1. Combine peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl.

  2. Spread evenly into a loaf pan.

  3. Combine remaining coconut oil and cocoa powder and pour over peanut butter mixture.

  4. Swirl with a toothpick for that fancy marbleized look. Sprinkle optional chocolate chips and sea salt.

  5. Place pan in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
