My mission is to help busy professionals like you reach your personal best in fitness and health.

With my 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I help you reach your fitness goals by providing structure and delivering the most effective workouts specific to your goals while making it enjoyable at the same time.  Working out should be fun - not a chore!

 

Along with a custom tailored workout plan, I will provide you with the nutritional guidance and meal planning necessary to help further maximize your results made during our training sessions.

Bonnie has an impressive knowledge of a wide variety of exercises and she was always keeping me on my toes with new challenges!  She takes the time to show you the proper technique to avoid injury and maximize results. You can tell by looking at her that she knows what she's talking about!! Also, I was recovering from a knee injury when we first started training together and she took extra care to avoid anything that would cause pain, while also working on exercises to strengthen my leg muscles and alleviate some of the strain on my knee.

 

Bonnie is fun to be around, very down-to-earth, and she really cares about her trainees! She strikes the perfect balance between getting you motivated to work hard, while also making sure that you're comfortable and happy.

I had a goal of becoming more fit, improving my diet and losing 30lbs. Bonnie came up with a comprehensive plan for me to reach my goal. We picked a date to reach my goal, and then we got to work! Not only did she provide amazing guidance during our sessions, but she also mapped out a nutrition program that made changing my diet easy, and she would provide advice for cardio exercises to follow on my days off. I reached my goal and I have Bonnie to thank for that!!

I have known Bonnie for over 2 years now since our 30 training session at LA fitness. We got reacquainted again a year ago when I was at my highest weight and wanted to make a change, I reached out to Bonnie and she started training me personally. Just like most people I started working with Bonnie to lose weight BUT she changed my mindset and perspective on fitness, she made me realize its more than just working out to lose weight but an amazing tool for my mental health.

She helped me with my nutrition by changing my meal plans based on my goals, she gave grocery lists, pushed me in the gym to get that extra rep in or to try heavier weights (believe me when I say, she does not take no for an answer). I walked in weighing 162 lbs and 6 months in I walked out feeling mentally and physically stronger at 142 lbs. Needless to say but my next doctors visit, my physician was very happy with my blood work and I am happy with all the changes I've personally experienced and the journey I got to share with Bonnie.

Bonnie is an awesome trainer!  She pays attention to each exercise I perform and corrects my form if I'm not doing it correctly, which is very important to me because I have several past injuries, and I don't want to re-injure myself doing something wrong.  She's very personable and knowledgeable about nutrition as well.  She has given me great advice about what I should and should not be eating to reach my weight loss goals and she can also help with meal planning needs.  I've been training with her for a couple of months now and have noticed that workouts are getting easier because I feel stronger physically as well as mentally ( I don't dread heading out to the gym anymore).  It's tough getting back into the gym after taking a long break, but Bonnie has made getting back into shape less stressful with her knowledge of my workout program geared towards my body type, goals and expectations.  An hour goes by super quick and afterwards I feel a sense of accomplishment.  I feel sore after every session but it's a good sore.
